Alpha and Omega Week of Jan 31-Feb 4

We will be adding "Julie Rehearsal" this week!!! I am so excited, God has given me some great visions on several pieces He wants me to do!

So continue to follow the same schedule but plan on adding 30 minutes to your Tuesday schedule. Alpha will finish at 830 and Omega at 900pm. Everything else will remain the same.

Fun things to put on your calendar

APPLEBEES's Pancake Breakfast fundraiser: Sat., March 26, 8am and 9am, tickets are $7 and benefit the company's ministries!

SOF's Yard Sale: Sat., April 16. Start collecting your "things" to sell at our yard sale at the new studio's location!!!

Talked to Ms. Theresa!!

Just wanted to give you a quick update and let you know that Ms. Theresa is FINALLY on the mend, and called me on Tuesday to let me know! She will be coming home to GA next week, and start work by doing computer work at home, and then showing up at the studio mid February. COntinue to pray for her...she still has some nausea, but they think that is a result of the surgery (she had her gallbladder removed).

OMEGA correction for rest of month

Girls, Im sure Ashleyanne told you, but Omega Modern is Thursday from 800-900, and you are excused from Modern on Monday. She and I discussed this, but I didnt get all the details right. You are welcome to take Modern with the Alphas on Monday, but know that it is optional. Thanks for understanding my mistake! Sorry for the confusion! (I corrected it below on the original post).

Beginning, today, Friday, Jan. 14th all classes are back to normal schedule. We WILL have classes on Monday, MKL Day.

I just HATE it that you have missed your classes this week due to snow, so I am scheduling a class just for you TOMORROW, Thursday, Jan. 13 from 230-400 with Ms. COLLEEN (she is thrilled to get to have you). It is early because we are closing by 6pm, and all the schools are out, so I figured I would make the most of it!!! Please do your best to try to make it if you can! Since school is out for Bartow, Excel, and Cartersville, and the roads are mostly clear, we have decided to have early classes while the sun is out. I have also invited all Timothy 3s to come to Timothy 2's schedule on Friday so that you can dance two times this week. I dont know about you, but I need to MOVE!! If you do not feel safe driving in Thursday or Friday, please call us and leave a message so we know why you cannot come.

NO JAZZ- we are cancelling all classes after 6pm so that you can get home before dark.

FRIDAY: You are INVITED to come to this class this week with Timothy 2 as an easy pick up class. (I know you will be good role models) : )

Even though the roads are clearing, the parking lot and sidewalk to the studio are not safe. We cannot have classes today. I do not want to risk anyone slipping and falling. We tried to break up the ice on the sidewalk to no avail. Praying it dries out today.

No classes Tuesday jan. 11th. Timothy 4 girls please plan on taking with Timothy 3 on Wed at 400pm so that you get two classes this week. Pray we are all clear for classes on Wednesday!

Alpha Schedule through January 28th

As of today, Jan. 6th, Ms. Theresa is out of the hospital. She is still in New York with family. I am so pleased that she is feeling better! PRAISE GOD! Continue to keep her healing in your prayers.

For the rest of the month (through Jan. 28th) I have arranged a sub for your Fridays, Ms. Kristen Clay. She taught for us this summer as a guest teacher. Ms. Ashleyanne is teaching for Theresa on Tuesday and combining with Omegas on Mondays and Thursdays. Note some change in what you are doing (time wise).

If Ms. Theresa can come back before the 28th, she will come back on a limited basis, until she can regain all her strength. We will let you know if anything changes. For now, use the schedule below.

Open House on Jan. 8th

Id love to have as many of my company girls and staff to join us for Open house on Saturday, January 8th from 10am to 3pm at the studio to serve as welcome hostesses. We hope to have many new potential students and their families come by and see our beautiful facility and our sweet faces!!!

Encourage anyone you know who wants to try us out to stop by. Refreshments and some freebies will be offered.

Let me know if you can come and be a hostess for me!!! (even if you can only give me an hour, that is OK!!!)
