Monday, December 13th
Spacing/Tech/Lighting Rehearsals – in leotard/tights and buns with headpieces, no costumes or stage make-up required.

3:45 Timothy 3 dancers report to theater
4:00 – 4:30 Timothy 3 dancers – Star Dance
4:30 – 5:00 Timothy 3 dancers – Carols Sing

Wednesday, December 15th
Red Cast Full Dress Rehearsal - costumes, hair, and stage make-up required. All dancers & actors backstage at all times. AUDIENCE IS CLOSED. FACULTY ONLY. (There will be a photographer in the audience so please make sure hair, tights, costumes, dance shoes, and make-up are of professional performance standard.)

5:45 Timothy 3 report to theater.
6:00 – 6:30 Curtain Call Rehearsal onstage (no costumes needed)
6:30 – 7:00 Break to prepare for dress rehearsal./ Tech report to theater.
7:00 – 10:30 Complete Dress Rehearsal (stop-and-go) of Nativity Ballet in order with curtain call and full tech. NOTE: Carols Sing will be rehearsed during Intermission.
10:45 Theater doors close.

**Please note that Timothy 3 dancers will be dismissed @ 9:00 (as soon as Carols Sing has rehearsed during Intermission.)

Thursday, December 16th
Green Cast Full Dress Rehearsal - costumes, hair, pointe shoes, and stage make-up required. All dancers & actors backstage at all times. AUDIENCE IS CLOSED. FACULTY ONLY. (There will be a photographer in the audience so please make sure hair, costumes, dance shoes, and make-up are of professional performance standard.)

5:30 Timothy 3 report to theater.
5:45 – 6:00 Curtain Call Rehearsal onstage (no costumes needed)
Please be prompt for curtain call rehearsal.
6:00 – 6:30 Break to prepare for dress rehearsal – Call for Tech Crew to arrive.
6:30 – 9:30 Complete Dress Rehearsal (stop-and-go) of Nativity Ballet in order with curtain call and full tech. NOTE: Carols Sing Will be rehearsed during Intermission.

(There will be a photographer in the audience so please make sure hair, costumes, dance shoes, and make-up are of professional performance standard.)
