Monday, December 13th
Spacing/Tech/Lighting Rehearsals – in leotard/tights and buns with headpieces, no costumes, pointe shoes or stage make-up required. All Casts required. Gold cast on stage first.

4:15 All Omega dancers report to theater
4:30 – 5:15 Required Warm-up in Encore room for Omega (attendance will be taken – All is Well dancers only leave warm-up at 5:00 and report to stage)
5:00 – 6:00 All is Well with Cherubs w/fog machine
6:00 – 6:15 Silent Night with Cherubs, All is Well, Mary, & Shepherd Lead only
6:15 – 6:45 Emmanuel
5:30 All Alpha dancers report to theater.
5:45 – 6:30 Required Warm-up in Encore room for Alpha (attendance will be taken)
6:45 – 7:30 I Wonder
7:30 – 7:45 Sing We Now
7:45 – 8:30 Ye Faithful
8:30 – 9:15 Shepherds
9:15 – 10:00 Breath of Heaven

Tuesday, December 14th

5:30 – 6:00 Simple Gifts & Holly’s Prayer (no Mom needed)
5:00 Marys report to theater
5:15 – 6:00 Required Warm-up in encore room for Marys (attendance will be taken)
6:00 – 6:45 Welcome to Our World with Marys
6:45 – 7:30 Sing Mary Sing with Marys
7:30 – 8:15 Christmastime (w/o snow)
7:00 Omega dancers report to theater
7:15 – 8:00 Required Warm-up in the Encore Room for Omega (Attendance will be taken)

9:15 – 9:30 Hope of Israel (w/o Joseph) – Marys only

Wednesday, December 15th
Red Cast Full Dress Rehearsal - costumes, hair, pointe shoes, and stage make-up required. All dancers & actors backstage at all times. AUDIENCE IS CLOSED. FACULTY ONLY. (There will be a photographer in the audience so please make sure hair, tights, costumes, dance shoes, and make-up are of professional performance standard.)

2:45 Theater Doors open – Marys & Joseph report to theater. (Camille warm-up at studio and then travel to theater and be ready to dance at 3:00, other Marys warm-up at theater and be ready to dance at 3:30.)
2:45 – 3:00 Joseph’s Prayer
3:00 – 4:45 Mary/ Joseph Pas & Hope of Israel
4:30 All Omega, Alpha, & Timothy 4 dancers report to theater
4:45 – 5:30 Required Warm-up class on stage with Ms. Theresa. (Selah invited.)
5:15 Jesus report to theater.
5:30 – 6:00 Tech rehearsal for Pointe Shoe Offering/Finale on stage with Jesus – (no costumes needed.)
6:00 – 6:30 Curtain Call Rehearsal onstage (no costumes needed) – including Timothy 3, Timothy 4, Alpha, Omega, Selah, Act I, Ms. Julie as Mom, Jesus, & Cole.
Please be prompt for curtain call rehearsal.
6:30 – 7:00 Break to prepare for dress rehearsal./ Tech report to theater. Practice Snow.
7:00 – 10:30 Complete Dress Rehearsal (stop-and-go) of Nativity Ballet in order with curtain call and full tech (including fog and snow machine and all tech persons backstage). NOTE: Carols Sing will be rehearsed during Intermission.
10:45 Theater doors close.


Thursday, December 16th
Green Cast Full Dress Rehearsal - costumes, hair, pointe shoes, and stage make-up required. All dancers & actors backstage at all times. AUDIENCE IS CLOSED. FACULTY ONLY. (There will be a photographer in the audience so please make sure hair, costumes, dance shoes, and make-up are of professional performance standard.)

3:30 Doors to the theater open – Marys, 3 Kings, & Little Boy Jesus report to theater
3:45 - 4:30 Kings & Marys with Little Boy Jesus in costumes & soft ballet shoes – no warm-up required. (Photographer needed to take photos of Little Boy Jesus.) Little Jesus dismissed at 4:30.
4:30 Omega & Alpha report to theater
4:45 – 5:45 Required Warm-up on stage with Ms. Theresa.
5:45 – 6:00 Curtain Call Rehearsal onstage (no costumes needed) – including Timothy 3, Timothy 4, Alpha, Omega, Selah, Act I, Ms. Colleen as Mom, Jesus, & Cole.
Please be prompt for curtain call rehearsal.
6:00 – 6:30 Break to prepare for dress rehearsal – Call for Tech Crew to arrive.
6:30 – 9:30 Complete Dress Rehearsal (stop-and-go) of Nativity Ballet in order with curtain call and full tech (including fog and snow machine and all tech persons backstage).

12:30 – 1:00 All dancers/actors/staff/tech crew meet on stage for final curtain call rehearsal & prayer
2:00 Curtain (Performance @ 2 hours)
*Meet and Greet on stage with Red Cast Holly, Mom, Mary, Joseph, Jesus, Holy Spirit, Shepherd Lead, and King.
5:00 Dinner in Encore room for all Timothy 4, Alpha, Omega, & Selah dancers only.

Saturday, December 18th
Evening Performance 7:00 Green Cast

5:30 – 6:15 Required Warm-up on stage for Omega, Alpha, & Timothy 4 dancers (Selah optional)
6:15 – 6:30 All dancers/actors/staff meet on stage for final curtain call rehearsal & prayer
7:00 Curtain (Performance @ 2 hours)

Sunday, December 19th
Matinee Performance 3:00 Gold Cast

11:30 Theater doors open. Omega, Alpha, & Timothy 4 dancers report to theater.
12:00 – 1:30 Required Warm-up Class on stage (optional for Selah)
1:30 – 2:00 All dancers/actors/staff/tech crew meet on stage for final curtain call rehearsal & prayer
3:00 Curtain (Performance @ 2 hours)
6:00 The Nativity Cast Party – see you there!
*ALL Alpha and Omega dancers are required to stay and help tear down & clean backstage area for 30 minutes directly following the performance. This is not an option. Please plan accordingly. Do not simply go out in the audience and mingle for 30 minutes while your peers and faculty are working hard backstage cleaning and packing up.*
