Parade modifications

WOW!  Only two and half weeks til Nativity!  We have the tech week schedule finished and are getting it ready to give to you over the next few days. (The master copy is a bear to read).  And I want to make sure you all know where to be when.

First though, The Annual Christmas Parade!  Due to the parade, we are making a few modifications to COMPANY ONLY classes next week only.  Studio classes need to be held since they perform two days later at the Community Christmas Concert.

REMEMBER, no personal days should be taken within TWO WEEKS of a show.  That includes next week.  ALL CLASSES AND REHEARSALS ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND VITAL to the success of the show.  YOU are NEEDED!  ok... back to parade day....

FOR THURSDAY DEC. 7th only:
For T1: no changes since you are off Thursday :)
For T2: class/rehearsal will end at 6pm so you can get to the parade
For T3: make up this Thursday class on Tuesday Dec. 5 with the T4s 415-615(optional but highly encouraged)
For T4: make up this Thursday class on Friday Dec. 8 with the T5s 430-6 (optional but highly encouraged)
For T5: no changes since you are off Thursday :)
For Alpha/Omega: You will have required class M, T, W, F next week. 

We will have the rehearsal schedule for T4 through Omega up by the end of this week.  Tech week rehearsal will be emailed to you any day now.  If you need to know that now, contact Ms. Julie who has the master list.

Parade assembly will be held the day of Dec. 7th in the studio parking lot.  Ms. Chrissy and Mr. Austin are in charge of this endeavor and needs all hands on deck if you are able. :)  Let her know!
